Section 9008(h) of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( 7 U.S.C. 8108(h) ) is amended— in the heading of paragraph (1), by inserting after for fiscal years 2009 through 2012 ; funding in the heading of paragraph (2), by inserting after for fiscal years 2009 through 2013 ; and funding by adding at the end the following: There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section $30,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018. Of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary shall use to carry out this section $26,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018. .
