Section 9006(d) of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( 7 U.S.C. 8106(d) ) is amended— in paragraph (1)— in the heading, by striking and inserting Fiscal years 2009 through 2012 ; and Mandatory funding by striking 2012 and inserting 2018 ; and in paragraph (2), by striking fiscal year 2013 and inserting each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018 .
