Section 9001 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( 7 U.S.C. 8101 ) is amended— by redesignating paragraphs
(9)through
(12)and
(13)and
(14)as paragraphs
(10)through
(13)and
(15)and
(16)respectively; by inserting after paragraph
(8)the following: The term forest product means a product made from materials derived from the practice of forestry or the management of growing timber , including— pulp, paper, paperboard, pellets, lumber, and wood products; and any recycled products derived from forest materials. ; and by inserting after paragraph
(13)(as redesignated by paragraph (1)) the following: The term renewable chemical means a monomer, polymer, plastic, formulated product, or chemical substance produced from renewable biomass. .
