Section 4 of the Cooperative Forestry Assistance Act of 1978 ( 16 U.S.C. 2103 ) is repealed. Section 8002 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( Public Law 107–171 ; 16 U.S.C. 2103 note) is amended by striking subsection (a). The amendments made by this section shall take effect on October 1, 2013.
