Section 14122(e) of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 8922(e) ) is amended— by striking such sums as are necessary ; and by striking section and all that follows and inserting the following: section— such sums as are necessary for each of fiscal years 2008 through 2013, to remain available until expended; and $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018, to remain available until expended. .
