Section 412 of the Food for Peace Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1736f ) is amended by striking subsection

(e)and inserting the following: Subject to paragraph (2), of the amounts made available to carry out emergency and nonemergency food assistance programs under title II, not less than 20 nor more than 30 percent for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018 shall be expended for nonemergency food assistance programs under title II. The amount made available to carry out nonemergency food assistance programs under title II shall not be less than $275,000,000 for any fiscal year. .
