(6)as paragraphs
(4)and (5), respectively; and in subparagraph
(A)of paragraph
(5)(as so redesignated)— by striking 2012 and inserting 2018 ; and by striking during fiscal year 2009 and inserting during the period of fiscal years 2014 through 2018 .
