Section 1501 of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 8771 ) is repealed. Section 1506(c)(3) of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 8773(c)(3) ) is amended— in subparagraph (A), by inserting and after the semicolon; in subparagraph (B), by striking August 31, 2013, 45 percent; and and inserting June 30, 2014, 45 percent. ; and by striking subparagraph (C). Section 1506(h)(1) of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 8773(h)(1) ) is amended by striking September 30, 2013 and inserting June 30, 2014 . Effective July 1, 2014, section 1506 of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 8773 ) is repealed.
