Section 1680(c)(1) of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 (7 U.S.C. 5933(c)(1)) is amended— by striking is and inserting are ; and by striking section and all that follows and inserting the following: section— $6,000,000 for each of fiscal years 1999 through 2013; and $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018. .
