Section 3205(b) of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( 7 U.S.C. 5680(b) ) is amended by striking related barriers to trade and inserting technical barriers to trade . Section 3205(e)(2) of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( 7 U.S.C. 5680(e)(2) ) is amended— by inserting and at the end of subparagraph (C); and by striking subparagraphs
(D)and
(E)and inserting the following new subparagraph: $9,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2011 through 2018. .
