Section 1001 of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 7 U.S.C. 1308 ) is amended by striking subsections
(b)and
(c)and inserting the following: The total amount of payments received, directly or indirectly, by a person or legal entity (except a joint venture or general partnership) for any crop year under subtitle A of title I of the Agriculture Reform, Food, and Jobs Act of 2013 for— peanuts may not exceed $50,000; and 1 or more other covered commodities may not exceed $50,000. . Section 1001 of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 7 U.S.C. 1308 ) is amended by striking subsection
(d)and inserting the following: The total amount of marketing loan gains and loan deficiency payments received, directly or indirectly, by a person or legal entity (except a joint venture or general partnership) for any crop year under subtitle B of the Agriculture Reform, Food, and Jobs Act of 2013 (or a successor provision) for— peanuts may not exceed $75,000; and 1 or more other loan commodities may not exceed $75,000. . Section 1001 of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 7 U.S.C. 1308 ) is amended— in subsection (a)(1), by striking section 1001 of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 and inserting section 1104 of the ; Agriculture Reform, Food, and Jobs Act of 2013 in subsection (e)— in paragraph (1), by striking subsections
(b)and
(c)and a program described in paragraphs (1)(C) and inserting subsection
(b)and a program described in paragraph (1)(B) ; and in paragraph (3)(B), by striking subsections

(c)each place it appears and inserting subsection
(b); in subsection (f)— by striking or title XII each place it appears in paragraphs (5)(A) and (6)(A) and inserting , title I of the ; Agriculture Reform, Food, and Jobs Act of 2013 , or title XII in paragraph (2), by striking Subsections

(b). Section 1001C(a) of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 7 U.S.C. 1308–3(a) ) is amended by inserting title I of the after Agriculture Reform, Food, and Jobs Act of 2013 , 2008, . The amendments made by this section shall apply beginning with the 2014 crop year.
