Section 522(c) of the Federal Crop Insurance Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1522(c) ) (as amended by section 11022) is amended by adding at the end the following: The Corporation shall offer to enter into a contract with a qualified entity to conduct a feasibility study to determine the best method of insuring seafood harvesters, including such data collection and analysis as is necessary to conduct the study. Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this subsection, the Corporation shall submit to the Committee on Agriculture of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry of the Senate a report describing the results of the study. .
