Section 2501(c) of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. 3796ll(c)) is amended— in paragraph (2), by striking and at the end; in paragraph (3), by striking ; or and inserting ; and ; by redesignating paragraph
(4)as paragraph (5); and by inserting after paragraph
