Section 1211(a)(1) of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3811(a)(1) ) is amended— in subparagraph (A)— by inserting or revenue after price ; and by inserting the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 8701 et seq.), before or any other Act ; in subparagraph (C), by striking ; or and inserting a semicolon; in subparagraph (D)— by striking Consolidated before Farm Service Agency ; and by striking the semicolon and inserting ; or ; and by inserting after subparagraph
(D)the following new subparagraph: any portion of the premium paid by the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation for a policy or plan of insurance under the Federal Crop Insurance Act (7 U.S.C. 1501 et seq.). .
