Section 712 of the National Oilheat Research Alliance Act of 2000 ( 42 U.S.C. 6201 note; Public Law 106–469 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: If the Alliance, a qualified State association, or any other entity or person violates this title, the Secretary shall— notify Congress of the noncompliance; and provide notice of the noncompliance on the Alliance website. .
