Section 9008 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( 7 U.S.C. 8108 ) is amended— by striking biofuels and each place it appears in subsections (b), (c)(3), (d)(2)(A), (e), and (g)(2) and inserting biofuels, biochemicals, and ; in subsection (e)— in paragraph (2)— in subparagraph (A)— by striking at prices competitive with fossil fuels and inserting , biochemicals, and biobased products ; and by inserting and after the semicolon at the end; by striking subparagraph (B); by redesignating subparagraph
