Section 9006 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( 7 U.S.C. 8106 ) is amended by striking subsection
(d)and inserting the following: Of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary shall use to carry out this section $1,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018, to remain available until expended. In addition to any other funds made available to carry out this section, there is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section $1,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018. .
