Section 207 (formerly 16 U.S.C. 6405 ), as redesignated by section 7 of this Act, is amended to read as follows: The Secretary, in cooperation with the Federal Emergency Management Agency, as appropriate, may provide assistance to any State, local, or territorial government agency with jurisdiction over coral reef ecosystems to address any unforeseen or disaster-related circumstance pertaining to coral reef ecosystems. .
