Section 205 ( 16 U.S.C. 6404 ) is amended— by striking subsection
(a)and inserting the following: The Secretary may enter into agreements with nonprofit organizations promoting coral reef ecosystem conservation by authorizing such organizations to receive, hold, and administer funds received pursuant to this section. Such organizations shall invest, reinvest, and otherwise administer the funds and maintain such funds and any interest or revenues earned in a separate interest-bearing account (referred to in section 219(a) as the Fund) established by such organizations solely to support partnerships between the public and private sectors that further the purposes of this title and are consistent with the national coral reef ecosystem action strategy under section 203. ; by striking the grant program in subsection
(c)and inserting any grant program ; and by striking Administrator in subsections
(c)and
(d)and inserting Secretary .
