Section 658P of the Child Care and Development Block Grant Act of 1990 ( 42 U.S.C. 9858n ) is amended— in paragraph (4)(C)— in clause (i), by striking or at the end; in clause (ii), by striking the period and inserting ; or ; and by adding at the end the following: is a homeless child. ; and by adding at the end the following: The term homeless child means a homeless child or youth, as defined under section 725 of the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 11434a). .
