Section 303(b) of the Justice for All Act of 2004 ( 42 U.S.C. 14136(b) ) is amended by striking $12,500,000 for each of fiscal years 2009 through 2014 and inserting $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018 . Section 304(c) of the Justice for All Act of 2004 ( 42 U.S.C. 14136a(c) ) is amended by striking $30,000,000 for each of 2014 through 2018 and inserting $15,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018 . Section 305(c) of the Justice for All Act of 2004 ( 42 U.S.C. 14136b(c) ) is amended by striking $15,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2005 through 2009 and inserting $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018 .
Section 307(a) of the Justice for All Act of 2004 ( Public Law 108–405 ; 118 Stat. 2275) is amended by striking $42,100,000 for each of fiscal years 2005 through 2009 and inserting $10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018 . Section 308(c) of the Justice for All Act of 2004 ( 42 U.S.C. 14136d(c) ) is amended by striking fiscal years 2005 through 2009 and inserting fiscal years 2014 through 2018 .
