Section 103(b) of the Justice for All Act of 2004 ( Public Law 108–405 ; 118 Stat. 2264) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking $2,000,000 and all that follows through 2009 and inserting $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018 ; in paragraph (2), by striking $2,000,000 and all that follows through 2009, and inserting $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018 ; in paragraph (3), by striking $300,000 and all that follows through 2009, and inserting $500,000 for each of fiscal years 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018 ; in paragraph (4), by striking $7,000,000 and all that follows through 2009, and inserting $11,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018 ; and in paragraph (5), by striking $5,000,000 and all that follows through 2009, and inserting $7,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018 .
Section 1404E(c) of the Victims of Crime Act of 1984 ( 42 U.S.C. 10603e(c) ) is amended by striking this and all that follows and inserting section— this section $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018. .
