Section 527(j) of such Code is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: In the case of a political organization which is an independent political actor (as defined in section 351 of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971)— such political organization shall file statements and reports in accordance with section 354 of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, and this subsection shall not apply with respect to information required to be included on such statements.
