Section 304 of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 ( 2 U.S.C. 434 ), as amended by this Act, is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: A candidate or an authorized committee of a candidate may file with the Commission a statement disavowing any public communication which is not made in cooperation, consultation, or concert with such candidate or authorized committee. The Commission shall make such statement publicly available on the Commission's website. .
