Section 16 of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 2025 ) is amended by striking subsection (d). Section 7(h)(4) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 2016(h)(4) ) is amended by striking 16(g) and inserting 16(f) . Section 11(e)(3) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 2020(e)(3) ) is amended by striking section 16(e) of this Act and inserting section 16(d) . Section 16 of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 2025 ) (as amended by subsection
(a)of this section and section 4(b)) is amended— in subsection (a)— by striking subsection
(k)and inserting subsection
(i); and by striking subsection
