Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Administrator for the Office of E-Government and Information Technology within the Office of Management and Budget shall develop and publish a goal for the total amount of planned energy and cost savings and increased productivity by the Federal Government through the consolidation of Federal data centers during the 5-year period beginning on the date of enactment of this Act, which shall include a breakdown on a year-by-year basis of the projected savings and productivity gains.
