Section 212(a)(2) ( 8 U.S.C. 1182 ), as amended by section 3401, is further amended by inserting after subparagraph
(I)the following: An alien convicted of 3 or more offenses on separate dates, at least 1 of which occurred after the date of the enactment of the Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act , related to driving under the influence or driving while intoxicated is inadmissable. . Section 237(a)(2) ( 8 U.S.C. 1227(a)(2) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: An alien convicted of 3 or more offenses on separate dates related to driving under the influence or driving while intoxicated is deportable. .
