Section 212(a)(2)(A)(i) ( 8 U.S.C. 1182(a)(2)(A)(i) ) is amended— in subclause (I), by striking , or at the end and inserting a semicolon; in subclause (II), by striking the comma at the end and inserting ; or ; and by inserting after subclause
(II)the following: a violation of section 1541, 1545, and subsection
(b)of section 1546 of title 18, United States Code, . Section 237(a)(3)(B)(iii) ( 8 U.S.C. 1227(a)(3)(B)(iii) ) is amended to read as follows: a violation of section 1541, 1545, and subsection
(b)of section 1546 of title 18, United States Code, . The amendments made by subsections
(a)and
(b)shall apply to proceedings pending on or after the date of the enactment of this Act, with respect to conduct occurring on or after that date.
