Not later than September 30, 2013, and annually thereafter for the next 8 years, the Secretary shall submit a report to Congress that identifies, for the previous fiscal year— the number of aliens who applied for blue card status; the number of aliens who were granted blue card status; the number of aliens who applied for an adjustment of status pursuant to section 2212(a); and the number of aliens who received an adjustment of status pursuant section 2212(a).
