Sec. 4702. Nonimmigrant classification for W nonimmigrants

Section 101(a)(15)(W), as added by section 2211, is amended by inserting before clause

(iii)the following: to perform services or labor for a registered nonagricultural employer in a registered position (as those terms are defined in section 220(a)) in accordance with the requirements under section 220; to accompany or follow to join such an alien described in clause

(i)as the spouse or child of such alien; .
