Section 281 ( 8 U.S.C. 1351 ), as amended by sections 4105, 4407, and 4408, is further amended by adding at the end the following: In addition to the fees authorized under subsection (a), the Secretary of Homeland Security shall collect a $5 fee from each nonimmigrant admitted under section 101(a)(15)(B). Fees collected under this subsection shall be deposited into the Comprehensive Immigration Reform Trust Fund established under section 6(a)(1) of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 . .
