Section 281 ( 8 U.S.C. 1351 ), as amended by section 4105, is further amended by adding at the end the following: In addition to the fees authorized under subsection (a), the Secretary of State shall collect a $100 fee from each nonimmigrant entering under the Summer Work Travel program conducted by the Secretary of State pursuant to the Foreign Affairs Reform and Restructuring Act of 1998 (division G of Public Law 105–277 ; 112 Stat. 2681–761). Fees collected under this subsection shall be deposited into the Comprehensive Immigration Reform Trust Fund established under section 6(a)(1) of the Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act. .
