Nonimmigrant visas ; by striking Subject to and inserting the following: Subject to ; and by adding at the end the following: In addition to the fees authorized under subsection (a), the Secretary of Homeland Security shall collect, from each employer (except for nonprofit research institutions and nonprofit educational institutions) filing a petition to hire nonimmigrants described in subparagraph (H)(i)(B) or
(L)of section 101(a)(15), a fee in an amount equal to— $1,250 for each such petition filed by any employer with not more than 25 full-time equivalent employees in the United States; and $2,500 for each such petition filed by any employer with more than 25 such employees. .
