The Secretary shall require a foreign labor contractor to post a bond in an amount sufficient to ensure the ability of the foreign labor contractor to discharge its responsibilities and to ensure protection of workers, including wages. The Secretary, by regulation, shall establish the conditions under which the bond amount is determined, paid, and forfeited. The bond requirements and forfeiture of the bond under this section shall be in addition to other remedies under 3610 or any other law.
