Sec. 2234. Reports to Congress on nonimmigrant agricultural workers

Not later than September 30 of each year, the Secretary of Agriculture shall submit a report to Congress that identifies, for the previous year, the number, disaggregated by State and by occupation, of— job opportunities approved for employment of aliens admitted pursuant to clause
(iii)or clause
(iv)of section 101(a)(15)(W) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, as added by section 2231; and aliens actually admitted pursuant to each such clause. Not later than September 30 of each year, the Secretary shall submit a report to Congress that identifies, for the previous year, the number of aliens described in subsection (a)(2) who— violated the terms of the nonimmigrant agricultural worker program established under section 218A(b) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, as added by section 2232; and have not departed from the United States.
