In this Act: The term covered cabin means a cabin (including related structures) on National Forest System land in the State of Alaska— that is used for subsistence uses; that is subject to section 1303(d) of the Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act (16 U.S.C. 3193(d)); that is subject to section 1316(a) of the Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act (16 U.S.C. 3204(a)); or that is used for commercial fishing by a permittee that does not generate more than $15,000 in gross annual income from the fishery. The term subsistence uses has the meaning given the term in section 803 of the Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act ( 16 U.S.C. 3113 ).
