Sec. 5. Special Africa Strategy Coordinator

The President shall designate an individual to serve as Special Africa Export Strategy Coordinator— to oversee the development and implementation of the strategy required by section 4; and to coordinate with the Trade Promotion Coordinating Committee, (the interagency AGOA committees), and development agencies with respect to developing and implementing the strategy.
