Title I of the Toxic Substances Control Act ( 15 U.S.C. 2601 et seq. ) is amended— by redesignating section 29 (15 U.S.C. 2628) as section 38; by redesignating section 30 (15 U.S.C. 2629) as section 37; by striking section 31 ( Public Law 94–469 ; 100 Stat. 2989); and by amending section 38 (as redesignated by paragraph (1)) to read as follows: There are authorized to be appropriated to the Administrator to carry out this Act such sums as are necessary for each of fiscal years 2013 through 2020. .
