Section 1632(d) of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 ( 7 U.S.C. 5841(d) ) is amended— in paragraph (5), by striking and after the semicolon at the end; by redesignating paragraph
(6)as paragraph (7); and by inserting after paragraph
(5)the following new paragraph: establish a national strategic germplasm assessment and use plan to meet food security goals for the future; and .
