Not later than one year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Commissioner shall provide— for the electronic submission and posting of any public comments solicited by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency on the Internet website of the Agency; and for the prompt posting of public comments associated with any rulemaking of the Agency on the Federal Government Internet website for Federal regulations, www.regulations.gov, or any successor website.
