Sec. 122. Separate budget requests for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency

The President shall include in each budget transmitted to Congress under section 1105 of title 31, United States Code, two separate budget requests for the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency— one for the customs operations of the Agency; and one for the operations of the Agency other than customs operations.
