Section 1502(e) of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 8772(e) ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking 2012 and inserting 2017 ; and in paragraph (2), by striking 2015 and inserting 2020 .
