Section 203 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2000 ( 33 U.S.C. 2269 ) is amended— in subsection (d)(1)(B)— by striking The ability and inserting the following: The ability ; and by adding at the end the following: Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of the Water Resources Development Act of 2013 , the Secretary shall issue guidance on the procedures described in clause (i). ; and in subsection (e), by striking 2012 and inserting 2023 .
