Section 109 of title I of division B of the Miscellaneous Appropriations Act, 2001 (114 Stat. 2763A–221, 121 Stat. 1217) is amended— in subsection (a), by inserting and unincorporated communities after municipalities ; and by redesignating subsection
(f)as subsection (g); and by inserting after subsection
(e)the following: In providing assistance under this section, the Secretary shall give priority to projects sponsored by— the State of Florida; Monroe County, Florida; and incorporated communities in Monroe County, Florida. .
