Section 1631(b)(2) of the Wounded Warrior Act (title XVI of Public Law 110–181 ; 10 U.S.C. 1071 note) is amended by striking December 31, 2014 and inserting December 31, 2016 . Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Veterans Affairs shall submit to the appropriate committees of Congress a report on the benefits provided by the Secretary under section 1631(b) of such Act. In this subsection, the term appropriate committees of Congress means— the Committee on Armed Services and the Committee on Veterans' Affairs of the Senate; and the Committee on Armed Services and the Committee on Veterans' Affairs of the House of Representatives.
