(a)(6) Section 922(a) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: For purposes of paragraph (6), in addition to the eligibility of a person to ship, transport, receive, or possess any firearm or ammunition, information concerning the identity, age, place of residence (to include address), and citizenship or immigration status of a person shall be considered material to the lawfulness of the sale or other disposition of a firearm or ammunition .
