Section 2122(b) ( 20 U.S.C. 6622(b) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: A description of how the activities will have a substantial, measurable, and positive impact on student academic achievement and how the activities will be used as part of a broader strategy to eliminate the achievement gap and the excellence gap. .
