Section 1402 of division B of the Victims of Trafficking and Violence Protection Act of 2000 ( 42 U.S.C. 3796gg–7 ) is amended— in subsection (b)— in paragraph (1), by inserting (including using evidence-based indicators to assess the risk of domestic and dating violence homicide) after risk reduction ; in paragraph (4), by striking victim service organizations and inserting victim service providers ; and in paragraph (5), by striking victim services organizations and inserting victim service providers ; in subsection (c)(1)(D), by striking nonprofit and nongovernmental victim services organization, such as a State and inserting victim service provider, such as a State or tribal ; and in subsection (e), by striking $10,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2007 through 2011 and inserting $9,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018 .
