Section 2(c)(3) of the DNA Analysis Backlog Elimination Act of 2000 (42 U.S.C. 14135(c)(3)) is amended— in subparagraph (B), by striking 2014 and inserting 2018 ; and by adding at the end the following: For each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018, not less than 75 percent of the total grant amounts shall be awarded for a combination of purposes under paragraphs (1), (2), and
(3)of subsection (a). .
