Sec. 1251. Adjustment of authorization levels for the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000

The Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 ( 22 U.S.C. 7101 et seq. ) is amended— in section 112A(b)(4) ( 22 U.S.C. 7109a(b)(4) )— by striking $2,000,000 and inserting $1,000,000 ; and by striking 2008 through 2011 and inserting 2014 through 2017 ; and in section 113 ( 22 U.S.C. 7110 )— subsection (a)— by striking $5,500,000 for each of the fiscal years 2008 through 2011 each place it appears and inserting $2,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2014 through 2017 ; by inserting , including regional trafficking in persons officers, after for additional personnel, ; and by striking , and $3,000 for official reception and representation expenses ; in subsection (b)— in paragraph (1), by striking $12,500,000 for each of the fiscal years 2008 through 2011 and inserting $14,500,000 for each of the fiscal years 2014 through 2017 ; and in paragraph (2), by striking to the Secretary of Health and Human Services and all that follows and inserting $8,000,000 to the Secretary of Health and Human Services for each of the fiscal years 2014 through 2017. ; in subsection (c)(1)— in subparagraph (A), by striking 2008 through 2011 each place it appears and inserting 2014 through 2017 ; in subparagraph (B)— by striking $15,000,000 for fiscal year 2003 and $10,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2008 through 2011 and inserting $10,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2014 through 2017 ; and by striking 2008 through 2011 and inserting 2014 through 2017 ; and in subparagraph (C), by striking 2008 through 2011 and inserting 2014 through 2017 ; in subsection (d)— by redesignating subparagraphs
